The Housing Authority of the City of Kinston would like to welcome you The Property Owner/Landlord/Managers to our Housing Choice Voucher Program Owner Orientation/Briefing.

When: Thursday, November 5, 2026
Time: 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM
Where: Carver Courts Training Room - 301 East Bright Street, Kinston, NC 28501
