Kinston Housing Authority was established pursuant to the provisions of the "Housing Authority Law" of the State of North Carolina by the City of Kinston on December 4, 1939. Kinston Housing Authority is committed to providing affordable housing throughout Kinston and Lenoir County and to being good stewards of the public monies entrusted to us.
We look forward to continuing to serve the citizens of Kinston and Lenoir County by meeting their affordable housing needs.
